The Latin American Information Alliance (AIL) signs a cooperation agreement for the exchange of news content with TVBS Inc. of Taiwan.
TVBS Inc. is a Taiwanese commercial television company that operates four national channels and one international channel: TVBS, its flagship channel; TVBS News, a 24-hour news channel; TVBS Entertainment, which broadcasts variety shows; and TVBS E, an alternative channel.
With this agreement, the Alliance hopes to strengthen the news service it offers its partners and gain access to material of interest from Taiwan.
